"Down on Your Knees" Photography Contest

David Perry, judge for Gardening Gone Wild, chose an interesting theme for August 2009. He is challenging the vantage points of photographers by getting them down on their knees and capturing life at a pace we normally take for granted. Intrigued by the idea, I have decided to submit a photograph of mine exhibiting that very aspect of life and reflecting it upon nature's ironic hastily order of life.

    Thank you. It was just one of those beautiful summer days. I was watching two butterflies and caught this one in flight. Perfect timing!

    Beautiful shot. Love the spark of blue on the butterfly wing contrasting with all the purple!
